Our beginner yoga classes are designed to introduce you to the practice of yoga and help you develop a strong foundation. You'll learn basic poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods to help you find peace and balance in your life.
A dynamic yoga practice that involves a series of postures performed in a heated room while connecting breath to movement. Hot Flow class typically begins with a warm-up, followed by a series of dynamic sequences, and concludes with a cool-down period. Poses vary but often include sun salutations, standing postures, and balance poses.
Heated 70 Min set sequence - series classes are a creative and effective combination of static poses, vinyasa flow, upbeat music, and heat. The series is mindfully designed and proven to strengthen, heal, and rejuvenate. The series stays the same each class, but no two practices are ever identical, the challenge is yours to create.

Our Private Yoga Sessions are designed to help you deepen your practice, address specific concerns or injuries, or simply receive individualized attention and guidance. Sessions can be tailored to your specific needs and goals.
A style in which poses are passively held for a minimum of three minutes, but ideally 5-7 minutes or more, with the intention of targeting the fascia and other connective tissues of the body

We typically use hand weights, resistance bands, and yoga blocks. Classes may also be set to upbeat music.
